We are looking for Executive Secretary for our client based in Sharjah.

Roles and Responsibilities -Personal Secretary
- Handling the Managing Directors' appointment desks and daily calendar.
- Maintain the Executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Ensuring utmost confidentiality, integrity of operations & documentation.
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping if required.
- Assisting the Chairman and the Director in overall secretarial and administrative support so as to ensure smooth workflow.
- All SOP’s related to Quality implementation.
- Need to take care of all other works which is assigned by the Management.
- Reporting to Managing Director.
- Edn Qual: Any Graduates
- Has experience for at least 1+ yrs as Secretary ,MD
- Sound knowledge in MS Office. Driving License - Prefered

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
