We have a vacancy for a Customer Development Executive to take on a key role in contributing to the growth of our portfolio of learning solutions. Reporting to the Head of Client Solutions, this role has the primary goal of gaining expansion within non-customer-businesses via strategic growth activities and new business initiatives. You will work closely with the business development managers who own the prospects, to provide more for Informa Connect Academy to add value. You will need to be a fast and willing learner, highly organised and shall lead the creation of creative campaigns to help drive growth. These campaigns will then generate leads which you will vet where possible, to transition to opportunities and strategic relationships to the ever-evolving learning and development needs of global corporates.

You will:

- Drive new business outreach campaigns
- Achieve monthly targets for # of meetings, qualified opportunities and sales that result from your campaigns
- Collaborate with Account Managers to create creative growth strategies for their accounts.
- Setup and hold sales qualification meetings with prospects.
- Create opportunities in Salesforce and provide relevant information to Account Managers so they can successfully drive opportunities
- Extensively using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and other platforms to market and build target lists
- Assist in conducting client meetings, focusing on understanding their business challenges and recording key information for solution development
- Support the framing and presentation of learning solutions, helping to prepare materials and documentation that align with client needs
- Help in building tender responses and business proposals, focusing on accurately recapping client requirements and our learning propositions under guidance
- Support the achievement of targets and objectives, aiding in the management and development of the sales pipeline, and ensuring the Salesforce/CRM system is up-to-date and accurate
- Shadow and learn the consultative client partnering skills, to start to take on ad hoc opportunities, to target further career growth and potential promotion

**Qualifications**
- A good understanding of the learning solutions and development
- A history of growth and development
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office programmes, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and including Teams
- Educated to degree level or equivalent is desired, but this will be overlooked for the right experience and / or aptitude
- Financially numerate / competent
- Excellent communicator in both English & Arabic
