**Business Development Manager - Broker Relations (Real Estate Developer)**
**Position Title**: Business Development Manager

**Reports To**: Sales Director
**Job Summary**:
The Business Development Manager for Broker Relations is responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with real estate brokers to drive the sales of the developer's projects. This role involves strategizing and executing broker engagement programs, negotiating agreements, and ensuring that brokers are well-informed about the developer’s offerings. The goal is to maximize sales through broker channels by fostering strong partnerships and ensuring a smooth collaboration between the developer and brokerage firms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Broker Network Development**:
- Identify and target potential brokerage firms and independent brokers to expand the company’s network.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage, onboard, and maintain broker relationships.
- Negotiate and formalize agreements with brokers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all broker-related matters.
- Maintain regular communication with brokers to keep them informed about new projects, promotions, and updates.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by brokers promptly and professionally.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop broker-focused sales strategies.
- Plan and execute broker engagement events, including presentations, seminars, and site visits.
- Monitor broker performance and provide feedback to optimize sales outcomes.
- **Training and Support**:
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate brokers about the developer’s products, sales techniques, and market trends.
- Provide ongoing support to brokers, including marketing materials, project information, and customer service assistance.
- Ensure that brokers have all the necessary tools and resources to promote the developer’s projects effectively.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate market.
- Analyze broker sales performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Prepare regular reports on broker engagement, sales metrics, and market conditions.
- **Compliance and Contract Management**:
- Ensure that all broker agreements are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all broker agreements and related documentation.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and legal teams to align broker strategies with overall company goals.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payments and commissions to brokers.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on broker and customer insights.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or broker relations, with at least two years in a managerial role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and brokerage industry.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
