**Job description**:
Charterhouse is working with an established organisation in Dubai, who is looking to hire Contact Centre Agents and Team Leaders to support their expanding business.
**About the role**
You will also be responsible for certain account enquiries, customer complaints, as well as support issues and responding accordingly. All queries must be actioned in a prompt and accurate manner.
Team leaders will supervise and coordinate their team of agents, supporting them in providing high level service, handling difficult cases and drafting daily, weekly and monthly reports to management.
**About you**
Experience within community or facilities management would be of added value but not essential. This role requires a dedicated professional with excellent communication skills. Please note due to the nature of the business the contact centre operates 24/7.
