Contact Centre Managers

Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Contact Centre department
to ensure efficiency and consistency in service delivery.
- Oversee the management of all Contact Centre operations, ensuring a high standard of service is always maintained.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise Contact Centre agents and Contact Centre supervisors and staff, providing training and development opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and seamless integration of services.
- Analyze guest feedback and service failures to develop strategies for improvement.
- Manage budgets and forecasts for the Contact Centre department, optimizing resources and controlling expenditure.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and quality regulations within the department.
- Report directly to senior management with regular updates on department performance, challenges, and achievements.
- Perform other managerial duties as necessary to support the goals of the department and the broader hotel operations.
Pay: AED22,000.00 per month
