- Organization and presentation of partnership programs
- Developing the strategy of Partnership Program of the Company
- Developing the system of additional motivation for Partners
- Preparing reports
- Cold calls
- Monitoring the competitors partnership programs
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Russian
- Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge in project and team management
