- Perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, answering phones, and maintaining filing systems.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in organizing company events and activities.
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team.

**What Makes You Shine**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Familiarity with HR functions (e.g., recruitment, training & development, etc.) and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
