**Core Responsibilities**
As AVP of Digital, Platforms and Infrastructure, you will drive:
**Strategic Leadership and Growth**
- Develop a bold, innovative sales strategy for Platforms, Tableau, and Slack, driving substantial year-over-year revenue growth.
- Position Salesforce as the premier platform for enterprise productivity, insight, and connectivity, ensuring customers maximise the value of these solutions.
- Expand Salesforce’s footprint within key industries, cultivating loyalty and long-term partnerships with CxO-level stakeholders.
**Operational Excellence and Execution**
- Lead a dynamic sales organization that includes Area Vice Presidents (AVPs), Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), and Account Executives (AEs), ensuring disciplined execution and accountability.
- Establish robust sales processes, metrics, and tools to drive operational rigour and predictable growth.
- Consistently exceed targets by fostering a relentless focus on deal closure and pipeline management.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner with leaders across Marketing, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Strategy, and Employee Success to align strategies and resources.
- Act as a strategic thought leader and trusted advisor to the EMEA South CEO, driving decisions that propel organisational success.
**Talent Development and Culture**
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse and inclusive team, empowering the next generation of Salesforce leaders.
- Build a culture of trust, innovation, and collaboration that inspires your team to achieve their best.
- Champion Salesforce’s values, ensuring they are embedded in every aspect of your leadership and decision-making.
The AVP of Digital, Platforms and Infrastructure will be a visionary leader with:
