The Role & What You Will Be Doing

The Digital Operations Manager will support our omnichannel marketing initiatives by leveraging technical expertise in digital marketing, IT, and digital systems. This role requires a blend of marketing acumen and technical skills to optimize our digital operations, ensuring effective communication across all channels within key markets across MENA EURASIA.

- Manage deployment of campaigns on sales force CRM in collaboration with sales excellence team.- Manage content management systems for web portals.- Designing campaigns on sales force marketing cloud leveraging all tools and capabilities of marketing cloud.- Utilizing new technologies to engage customers and leverage Viatris customer experience.- Manage and troubleshoot digital marketing tools and platforms, ensuring integration and functionality across all systems.- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in customer experience and engagement.- Coordinate with key departments to ensure seamless data flow and integration between marketing systems.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies relevant to digital marketing and digital marketing operations.- Support marketing team in developing digital content and integrated omnichannel experience.- Enhance Digital/Omni Channel Communications (OMCs) adoption in-market activities.- Instill a definition of Customer Experience/ Customer Centricity into our processes.- Be an integral part of the marketing team, working to assess the best way to build Digital/OMCS strategies into brand and TA plans.- Ensure relevant metrics are in place to monitor success and business impact of Digital/OMCS programs, including ROI where appropriate.

About Your Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in digital operations, marketing technology, or related roles.- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing principles, technologies, and strategies.-
- Technical expertise in IT systems and processes, including data management and integration.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure and multitask in a cross-functional role.- Strong partner relationship and collaboration skills - ability to generate credibility with and respect from colleagues and external parties at all levels in the organization.
