**What you will do**Sales Support Operations Manager is the key role reporting directly to Johnson Controls-Hitachi’s General Manager for our Middle East & Africa region. You will be based in Dubai and will be part of an emergent team that is focused on expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives.

As a Sales Support Operations Manager, you will be managing the Order Administration and Order fulfillment functions in the region and will be responsible for entire equipment sales operations either direct or through distribution network.

As a member of this team, you will work within a dynamic environment that provides a platform for you to have immediate and long-term impact on the future success of JCH at a regional level.

**How you will do it**As a Sales Support Operations Manager, you will be using your Customer Service experience to lead Supply Chain Planning, customer service, logistics, Import & distribution capabilities for MEA region and will be single point contact for ensuring delivery of customer requirements in full and in time in the least possible cost to serve and at optimal inventory.

As a Sales Support Manager you will participating in Submitting Quotations, oversee the review and acceptance process for all incoming Projects and Sales Orders, establish internal procedures to ensure all sales order documentation including Customer Purchase Order and Supplier Purchase Order is complete. You will be liable to manage the order placement activities for the region & ensure compliance to company purchasing policies and procedures, delegation of authority and SCM guidelines. You will ensure correct entry & update of data to the ERP system. You will manage the timely delivery of equipment to the customer site to ensure the achievement of the monthly /Quarterly billing to be in line with the commitment to the top management.

You will liaise with factories, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure smooth and timely expediting of orders, deliveries and sales support. You will manage effective communication between Sales organization, Operations, Customers and Suppliers; manage the review and processing of incoming Letters of Credit to ensure compliance with Company credit policies, mitigation of risks, optimization of costs and holding up of commercial standards. You will manage the process of arranging cost effective loading, shipping, unloading and delivery
- the process of entry, exit and attendant customs clearances of shipments and arrange offloading and deliveries to site.

As a Sales Support Operations Manager you will work closely with the teams responsible for achieving the monthly billing and also run a weekly meeting with major suppliers to reflect the customer requirements.

As a Sales Support Operations Manager you will drive & execute order management process transformation projects (ERP, Integrated Supply Chain Solution, BI tools etc.) in close coordination with Global Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing and Manufacturing team. You will participate in Senior Management workshops, representing Operations team to discuss and form the strategic plan for the region, as part of the global organization and also follow up AR reports on weekly basis to ensure closure of Overdue payments for all customers.

You pay attention to detail without losing overall perspective of business and corporate requirements. You have good inter-personal skills and ability to manage a large multi-cultured team.

**What we look for**Required**:

- B.E. / B.Tech. from an institute/university of repute. An MBA with specialization in Operations & Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant in reputed organizations (sGlobal / American MNCs) with strong Sales Support and Order Management Operations within MEA region
- Recent experience of leading process transformation projects
- Strong business acumen to communicate, collaborate, support with post sales management
- Recent experience of working on Accounts Receivable reports or any other management reports
- Recent or past experience of working on Power BI tool
- Ability to conduct rigorous sales analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, across all levels and environments
- Self-starter, tireless and results driven mentality, able to continually critique & optimize performance
- Fluent language skills English
