Job Overview

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement sales/distribution strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives

Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure the

Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and partners

Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, client management and product development, to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall company goals

Develop and manage sales goals and forecasts for the sales team

Act as an ambassador for the company, representing it at industry events and conferences and building relationships with key clients and partners

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and progress towards targets

Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and techniques

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements

**Experience Required**:
Proven track record of success of leading a sales team, preferably in the health solutions or insurance sector

Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners at all levels

Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives

Analytical skills and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth

Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the sales department

Knowledge of health insurance products and the healthcare industry, with the ability to understand and communicate complex information to clients and partners

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs

Minimum 15 years experience. Masters' degree preferred.

Arabic speaker preferred, but not essential.

Business travel of up to 25% could be required.
