YOUR ROLE

QHSE Head MEA responsible for all aspects of quality assurance and implementing health, safety and environmental practices throughout the organization.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Lead the Region towards the goals determined by the Group in terms of QHSE.
- Participates to the elaboration of the Group strategy on QHSE along with Global QHSE Team.
- Ensures that CEVA QHSE strategy is deployed and adhere to within the region with the support of QHSE country managers. Responsible to provide a monthly vision of QHSE performance of the region to the regional head and to the QHSE global team and to ensure that CAPA plans are implemented whenever necessary.
- The position ensures as well that the QHSE governance, standards, systems and framework is robust, strategically aligned with Global Governance and business oriented.
- Promote CEVA initiatives in QHSE achievement and excellence in operations by providing support, guidance and assistance to Countries with in-depth knowledge.
- Ensure a consistent cascade of QHSE objectives, targets and performance measurement with a targeted approach to improvement.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s Degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in a QHSE role, with at least 5 years in a management position.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful QHSE programs.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Thorough understanding of risk management principles
- Excellent and topical knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
- Strong leadership skills to constantly drive safety and quality improvements.
