A leader in luxury premium foods, we are seeking an experienced Administrator professional to ensure seamless office operations with a focus on the Food & Beverage sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies with a commitment to quality.
- Handle documentation and maintain product information.
- Provide clerical support and answer calls with product knowledge.
- Maintain employee lists tailored to industry needs.
- Integrate tools into the sales process, exceeding client expectations.
- Offer backup support for sector-specific administrative issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven admin experience in the luxury Food & Beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury food products.
- Strong organizational skills in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, aligning with luxury brand expectations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.
**Salary**:Negotiable based on experience.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
