**Job Title**: Admin (Client)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of client processes.
- Maintain and manage client documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
- Coordinate with PRO services for timely submission and attestation of documents.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, providing timely updates and support.
- Manage office communications and correspondence effectively.
- Assist in process improvement for documentation and administrative workflows.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of **UAE labor laws**, immigration regulations, and government processes.
- Proficiency in **PRO procedures** and **document attestation** workflows.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
