Job Title: Full-Time Administrative Staff for Padel Court

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced administrative staff member to join our Padel Court facility in Abu Dhabi. As an administrative staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the court and providing excellent customer service to our patrons. Your primary responsibilities will include administrative tasks, customer inquiries, court bookings, and general support to the management team.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Court Bookings: Manage court reservations, including scheduling, cancellations, and modifications, using the designated booking system.

Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, record keeping, filing, and document management.

Cash Handling: Process payments for court bookings, memberships, and other services accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to financial procedures and protocols.

Equipment and Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the court area, ensuring equipment is in good working condition and reporting any repairs or issues as necessary.

Sales and Promotion: Assist in promoting court bookings, memberships, and events to maximize usage and revenue generation.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on court bookings, customer feedback, and other relevant data to aid in decision-making and performance evaluation.

Training and Orientation: Assist in training new staff members and providing them with necessary information and guidance to perform their duties effectively.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles.

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Additional language skills are a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people of diverse backgrounds.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Previous experience in the sports or leisure industry is an advantage.

Must be a resident of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 per month
