Purpose:
To Manage outbound Sales operations in the Contact Centre services environment to attract investors in international stock market and head the P&L for the sales team.

Technical Skills
- Lead and oversee the Contact centre division of identifying investors in international stock market to a list of qualified prospects
- Drive and manage the Contact centre model
- Will be responsible for managing the team and handling outbound calls from various leads derived from various sources and generate revenue as per the business plan.
- Plan, discuss and executes sales strategies.
- Oversee the daily workflow
- Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Measure team performance; communicate goals and quotas to team; and encourage and motivate telemarketers as they work toward reaching their goals.
- Develop company systems for customer interaction and response and control the implementation process.
- Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance and identifying and resolving problems
- Designing business MIS to and executing processes to improve efficiencies Compile and present weekly and monthly sales reports

Professional Experience
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in contact centre as a Manager in International Stock market domain
- Prior experience in handling a tele sales team & in a start-up environment is a definite plus
- Experience with telemarketing, advanced managerial skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Multiple stakeholder management
- Growth and aggressive delivery, targets-oriented mind-set
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication with Arabic, English, Urdu and Hindi

Pay: AED180,000.00 - AED300,000.00 per year
