Contact Centre Team Leader

Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets and service level agreements.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one meetings with team members to set goals and track progress.
- Implement and maintain contact centre policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes.
- Utilize contact centre software and tools to monitor performance metrics and generate reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact centre operations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From AED4,500.00 per month
