**الوصف الوظيفي**
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provides an independent review and audit on TRA departments in terms of resource capacity, efficiency and
ability to achieve targeted performance indicators
Monitors the implementation of the operational plan at the corporate level to ensure the implementation is
within the strategic framework and agreed timeframe
Develops and updates procedures, processes and strategic issues to ensure the accuracy of process
engineering and decisions relating to transportation and traffic policy to protect TRA long-term strategic
interests.
Ensures that reliability, availability, continuity, safety and construction issues are taken into consideration
when planning for transport systems in Dubai and forwards auditing reports to support CEO decisions.
Prepares the technical content for strategic partnership agreements with expert companies, research and
in its fields
Develops communication and relations with international expert companies, universities, academic institutes
and scientific societies specialized in the fields of work of the agency.
Coordinates and processes at the sector or agency level to organize the innovation lab
Coordinates with the Knowledge and Innovation Department to measure the innovation maturity level at the
sector or agency level.
Reviews the technical requirements for specialized contracts in the areas of smart traffic systems, smart
mobility systems, smart city infrastructure and traffic studies for existing or future contracts and proposes the
necessary modifications to achieve the agency objectives
Provides expert advice when needed on issues related to modern technologies in the field of smart traffic
systems, intelligent mobility technologies and smart city infrastructure
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.
Creates conducive environment for innovation and continuous learning and promotes a culture of
documentation, knowledge transfers and continuous development within the agency.
Participates in preparing TRA papers in international and local conferences and prepares and reviews case
studies to document the intellectual property rights for ideas, innovations and initiatives offered by the agency
during the implementation of assigned tasks
Reviews and analyzes the results of main performance indicators for TRA agency, forecasts the direction of key
performance indicators and proposes recommendations to correct the indicators path as needed according to
the targets
Studies the reports of internal and external customers’ satisfaction for the agency, analyzes these reports and
suggests recommendations to the CEO of TRA to raise the satisfaction of customers
Reviews contracts, franchise agreements and project documents, and raises report to CEO to explain the
implications and proposes improvements
Studies and develops recommendations for TRA strategies from short-term and long-term planning
perspective
Follows up on the implementation of the innovation strategy and raises the results of performance indicators
at the sector and agency level
Assesses operation and maintenance performance for smart technical systems with recommendations for
greater utilization compared to current international best practices

- Education
PhD in Transportation Planning or Traffic Engineering
