Designer Assistant + Office Coordinator

The company providing a range of event services, from digital entertainment services to renting out of event equipment, is hiring for a new important role.

Designer assistant + Office coordinator is in charge for: preparing events themed designs and doing other back office, including simple digital marketing activities. See below the details.

**Responsibilities**:
Design & Marketing:

- Using existing templates, to adopt photo frames as per event theme\style and getting it approved with Clients as per their comments;
- Editing of photo frames designs in Canva and in Photoshop\Illustrator;
- Setting up approved photo\video frame design into software (after training);
- Preparing other design materials, like catalogue, profile, business cards, short videos.
- Editing photos/videos from events and posting in social media (Google Maps, IG, FB);
Coordination:

- Asking Client for the location and timing of event, putting it in the online schedule;
- Daily updating online calendar\schedule;
- Another coordination before events with Clients and team\contractor, as needed from time to time to give great experience to Clients;
- When there is a lady-only event, participation

Documentation
- Updation\preparation of docs on a periodical basis: expenses list, checklists, driver forms, reports as instructed etc.
- Fulfilling permits\passes for events, sending them to hotels.
- Keeping an eye to arrange things and documents in office in a proper way, with labels, in folders\boxes etc;
- Small purchases through online.
- Submission\preparation of docs for government\insurance.
- Other small tasks related to office \ purchases in free time.

**Requirements**:

- Sense of style is required more than technical design skills;
- Confident Photoshop\Illustrator knowledge is preferable but not mandatory (can be learned in parallel).
- 1+ years of work experience with simple designs or photo frames or similar desings;
- Organized and responsible person, capable to meet work deadlines.
- Time control and sense of urgency;
- Be accessible in evening time for urgent design change with time compensation in another not busy days;
- Good English language to communicate with Clients positively, mostly in written;
- Good manners \ customer service experience are preferable.
