IT Support duties and responsibilities of the job

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Frequently following up on the assigned issues and tasks to finish them.
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Arrange the company’s outside tasks
Ability to communicate with IT sellers and find and purchase the IT requirements.
The knowledge base of LAN networking, cabling, make documentation of LAN connections.
Ability to find and fix the issues fast, reporting to the upper-level admin.

IT Help Desk Technician requirements
Previous working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician for 2 years
BA in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field
In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices
Hands-onon experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented and patient

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
