Front Desk Receptionist/customer Service

**Key Responsibilities**
**Front Desk Reception**
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Schedule and manage meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
**Customer Service**
- Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist clients with account-related questions, documentation, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as required.
**Qualifications**
**Education & Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is an advantage.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers).
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
