We are currently assisting a government services entity with their search for a Finance Administrator to join their team in Abu Dhabi

Your new role

Reporting to the Administration Manager, on a day-to-day basis, working closely and maintaining relationships with the different teams and professionals

This role is responsible for the overall financial operational duties that includes but is not limited to payment and petty cash management, monitor bank transactions and bank accounts, perform monthly reconciliation, prepare various financial statements and reports including budget, cashflow and reports

Key Responsibilities include:

- Financial reporting - Budget, Cash Flow, Variance Reports and preparing Financial Statements
- Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable - Payments, Invoicing etc
- Monthly reconciliations, Petty Cash Management
- Payroll and support completion of travel requirements
- Support budget bid process
- Support Procurement with decision - making, and lead of bids for purchases of assets.
- Arabic / English translation
- Security

What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in managing the finance function for a medium sized office
- Proficiency in Navision ERP or Chameleon software is desirable
- Arabic speaking skills
- Strong Communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
