**Responsibilities**:
Share responsibility for administration, finance/budgeting, and financial tracking.
Contribute to the company’s operational and developmental efforts.
Maintain regular communication with the farm owner.
Manage contracts and relationships with permanent customers.
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities.
Update and develop floor plans, room configurations, inventory, equipment, and tenant lists.
Identify and plan for the use of unused spaces in the building.
Onboard new employees and provide training.
Manage key administration, booking systems, and operating systems.
Develop and implement systems, routines, and manage digital infrastructure.
**Job Requirements**:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s degree with specialization.
- Work certificates or documented results in administration and operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of finance, budgeting, and accounting.
