Administrative and Finance Officer

The Administrative and Finance Officer is responsible for providing both administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and financial support by handling day-to-day accounting tasks. The position will manage various office duties, including organizing records, coordinating office activities, and assisting in financial reporting, budget tracking, and bookkeeping.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Manage and organize office operations to ensure a smooth working environment.
- Maintain office supplies, handle vendor management, and coordinate office repairs or services.
- Prepare, file, and manage company documents and records.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist in travel arrangements for staff.
- Support HR activities, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
**Finance Duties**:
- Process and record day-to-day financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, monthly budgets, and cash flow statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of financial data.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Prepare tax filings, audit documents, and compliance paperwork.
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
