**Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- Posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Facilitating the hiring process, including reference checks, contract preparation, and orientation.
- Coordinating onboarding activities for new employees.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Acting as a point of contact between staff and management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Supporting employees with workplace issues, benefits inquiries, and career development.
- Encouraging a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- **Compliance & Policy Implementation**:

- Ensuring the organization complies with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures.
- **Performance Management**:

- Coordinating employee performance appraisals and providing feedback to managers and staff.
- Assisting in employee development, training, and succession planning programs.
- **Payroll & Benefits Administration**:

- Managing employee compensation, bonuses, and benefits such as health insurance.
- Preparing payroll, handling employee attendance, and managing leave requests.
- **Employee Records Management**:

- Maintaining and updating employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and training history.
- Managing HR databases and employee documentation.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:

- Managing day-to-day administrative operations, including office supplies, scheduling, and communication.
- Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- **Documentation & Record-Keeping**:

- Handling official documentation, filing systems, and correspondence.
- Ensuring accurate records are maintained for compliance and reporting purposes.
- **Budgeting & Expense Management**:

- Assisting in budgeting for office supplies, HR-related costs, and other administrative expenses.
- Processing invoices, expense reports, and maintaining financial records.
- **Team Support**:

- Assisting different departments with administrative tasks, such as report generation, presentations, and managing schedules.
- Supporting management with strategic administrative projects.
- **IT & Equipment Management**:

- Ensuring office equipment, like computers and printers, are functional and up-to-date.
- Coordinating with IT for maintenance and troubleshooting.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
