- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy for wholesale preloved shoes to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients.
- Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and establish partnerships.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, assess market demand, and understand competitor activities.
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed business decisions.
- Lead negotiations with wholesale clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Draft and manage contracts, agreements, and pricing structures.
- Supervise and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support in achieving individual and team targets.
- Lead and manage the retail store's day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal functioning and visual appeal.
- Handle inventory management, including stock level monitoring, ordering, and organizing.

**Skills Required**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Proven experience in 2nd hand retail sales, with a focus on wholesale operations.

In-depth knowledge of the footwear industry, preferably in preloved or sustainable fashion.

Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.

**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Retail Sales: 5 years (required)
- Managerial: 5 years (required)
- Fashion and Retail: 2 years (required)
