We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the retail sector.

**Position Overview**: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with retail partners, and managing a team of sales representatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the retail market, particularly in the beverage sector, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish plans to capture significant market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- **Retail Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including supermarkets, specialty stores, and online retailers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional deals to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Set performance targets and provide regular coaching and feedback to ensure team success.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance team performance and retention.
- **Sales Performance and Reporting**:

- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting to align with business goals.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and performance outcomes.
- **Marketing and Promotional Activities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
- Participate in trade shows, events, and exhibitions to promote the brand and generate leads.
- Ensure effective in-store merchandising and promotional displays.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the retail sector, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in selling premium or imported beverages.
