Als Inkoopadministrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en opslaan van documenten of gegevens op een nauwkeurige en efficiënte manier. Gegevens moeten correct worden geïnterpreteerd vanuit offertes en worden vertaald in de systemen. Tijdens de dagelijkse processen is het een uitdaging om alles soepel te laten verlopen. Als er een verstoring is in het proces, is het belangrijk dat jij als Inkoopadministrateur snel kunt handelen. Bovendien zorg je voor betrouwbare en efficiënte stamgegevens. Dit doe je door klant
- en leveranciersgegevens op de juiste manier aan te maken en te verwerken.
Naast deze werkzaamheden is het belangrijk dat je eventuele afwijkingen in het self-billing proces signaleert, signaleert en oplost om financiële en administratieve problemen te voorkomen.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Business degree in Finance / Administration of een relevante richting en 1-3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol.
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
- Inwoner van Dubai.
- Je bent nauwkeurig, flexibel en stressbestendig in een dynamische omgeving.
