As a Purchase Administrator, you are responsible for organising and storing documents or data in an accurate and efficient manner. Data needs to be correctly interpreted from quotations and translated into the systems. During the daily processes, it is a challenge to keep everything running smoothly. If there is a disruption in the process, it is important that you, as a Purchasing Administrator, can act quickly. Moreover, you ensure reliable and efficient master data. You do this by creating and processing customer and supplier data correctly.
Besides these activities, it is important that you signal, identify and solve any discrepancies that may occur in the self-billing process in order to prevent financial and administrative problems.
**Your profile**:
- Business degree in Finance / Administration or a relevant direction and 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficient command of the English language.
- Resident of Dubai.
- You are accurate, flexible and stress-resistant in a dynamic environment.
