**JOB SUMMARY**
**HR Business Partner
- Talent Acquisition & Development reports to Head of HR; Main responsibilities: Role focuses on Talent acquisition and Talent development.**
**We are looking for a Top-Notch learning and development individual who can connect build content and impart it to employees of all grades; and build rapport fast with employees as well as has a talent for spotting the right choice of talents while conducting a job interview.**
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Training and Development
- Plan, facilitate a wide range of training activities.
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new employees.
- Conduct HR & IT security standards sessions as well as HR exit interviews.
- Set up individualized training plans to strengthen an employee's existing skills or teach new ones
- Set up leadership/ Executive development programs.
- Lead programs to assist employees with transitions due to mergers and acquisitions, as well as technological changes.
- Assess the training needs of individual departments, and guide them through the most appropriate training method.
- Planning and program development
- Periodically evaluate training effectiveness.
- Talent acquisition:
- The main responsibilities of the HR Business Partner includes conducting interviews, job postings and employee offers.
- Oversees the development of the recruitment strategy and plans to ensure critical talent gaps are closed within the required timeframes defined by business needs.
- Oversees, guide and monitor the execution of recruitment activities and participates in selection of critical individuals.
- To guide the managers and other employees in matters related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management.
- Reviewing exit interviews during employee terminations and resignations.
- Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achieve within agreed formats and timescales
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR policies and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers, and staff within the organization.
- Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety and legal requirement.
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Deliver full recruitment services including front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employee offers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
