Duties and Responsibilities:
General Tasks
- Oversees the cleanliness and orderliness of the office
- Checks if there is any maintenance required and inform the technical staff to fix it.
- Greet and sit the customers politely and offer them something to drink
- Receives the incoming calls and answers in a polite manner and inform the director if anything urgent requirement from their end
Office Admin
- Manages online posting of properties and social media.
- Maintains updated files (both hard and electronic copies) and database of all contracts i.e. tenancy contract, passport copy, emirates ID of the tenants and landlord s and Trade License copy for corporate leasing.
- Input all necessary information into client database and transaction.
- Monitor the renewal of contracts three months in advance and inform the Director.
- Tracks office supplies on regular basis and place the orders when required.
- Prepares letter, memo and reports
- Ensures that the company website and advertisements are updated
Office Administrator Job Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Highly organized and flexible
- Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
- Must be self
- directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
- Maintains staff and confidentiality of information
Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
