Front Desk HR Assistant

Administrative duties such as attending to phone calls, visitors, courier services, mails processing, distribution of mails and activities logs and records.
- Process General and HR/Admin correspondences as well as addressing General enquiries.
- Administer some HRIS programs like leave, claims, and attendances and generate reports.
- Perform secretarial and administrative support such as hotel reservations, air-tickets booking, purchasing of stationery, and so on.
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating new hires orientation programs.
- Assist to cover receptionist duties.
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
**Job Specification**
- University/college degree is an asset
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
- Good communication skill
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
