As a Front Desk Agent in a 4-star hotel located in the vibrant city of Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm welcome and provide efficient check-in and check-out services, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications promptly and accurately, utilizing the hotel's reservation system.
- Respond to guest inquiries, provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, and assist with special requests as needed.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including the display of promotional materials and information relevant to guests.
- Assist with cashiering duties, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and billing inquiries, in compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and security protocols, including verifying guest identification and maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
- Participate in training programs and staff meetings to enhance product knowledge, improve service delivery, and foster a positive team environment.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
