Front Desk Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to visitors and callers.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with internal staff and provide administrative support as needed.
- Assist in managing visitor logs and maintaining a safe and secure reception area.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a front desk coordinator, receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
