Arabic Procurement Sales Admin

A leading group having an IT services division in Abu Dhabi is looking for a **Procurement cum Sales Administrator.**
Location: Abu Dhabi
Excellent communication skills in Arabic is a MUST
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years proven experience in sales administration, procurement, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, tender submissions and invoice creation as per contract terms
- Liaise with internal departments such as finance, logistics, and customer service to address sales or procurement-related issues and discrepancies.
- Oversee procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, purchasing, and contract management.
- Manage supplier registration and qualification through client portals.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support company operations.
**Salary**: AED 5,000 to 7,000
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
