Personal Assistant/admin Assistant-arabic Lady

We are looking for a dynamic Arabic speaking Personal Assistant/Admin Assistant who can offer complete administrative support to the Managing Director.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of the managing director including appointments, meetings and travel, and communicating reminders when necessary.
- Provide executive and administrative support to managing director, and other company employees when necessary.
- Communicating important updates and information to company as required by the managing director.
- Maintaining accurate records of meetings, communications and other activities.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Personal Assistant/ Admin Assistant.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related degree.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written verbal.
- Familiarity with with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Attention to details and strong time management.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
**Salary**:
3000AED-4000AED
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- PA / Admin Assistant: 2 years (required)
**Language**:
- Arabic (required)
