We are immediately hiring a L&D officer for our group company Dubai Limited Investments.

**Responsibilities**:
Develops and implements training plans to ensure achievement of training objectives set by the corporation.

Coordinates the assessment of skills among employees, establish their training requirements.

Conducts training to line staff and trainees to enhance their skills in accordance with BPC standards.

Reviews training programs in line with technological developments and initiates the necessary adjustments to the curriculum.

Follows up trained staff and evaluates their progress and recommends remedial action.

Maintains records of trained employees to assist in the classification of employees according to their skills.

Qualification

Masters in Human Resource Management

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- L&D: 3 years (required)
