Front Office Manager

1.Previous supervisory experience more than 5 years in UAE
2. Good customer service skills
3. Good communication skills - written and verbal
4. The ability to demonstrate great team work
5. Ensure proper mail distribution
6. Prepare and monitor office budget
7. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
8. Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
9. Health and safety experience (advantageous)
10. Supervising a team of staff
11. Ensuring staff are managed efficiently and meet targets
12. Ensuring your areas of work are kept clean throughout the day
13. Completing all meeting room set-ups and clearing requests on schedule
