Front Office Executive

Dar Al Hayat Medical Center (Umm Al Quwain), is seeking a skilled and personable receptionist with experience in Healthcare to join our team. The role is essential is providing high level of customer service and administrative support while ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere for our patients.
Responsibilities.
- Greet & welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments and organize the clinic's daily calender.
- Registration and Billing (Ensure proper documentation is completed and update patient records)
- Insurance eligibility check, Handle billing inqueries, process payments, and assist in insurance verification.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure a seamless flow of operations and patient appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, contributing to a welcoming environment.
**Requirements**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer focused with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in managing clinic calenders
- Familiarity with EMR and office software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a receptionist/front office (Healthcare)
- Fluency in English & Hindi, additonal language are a plus.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Graduate in any relevent stream.
**Benefits**:
Salary (AED 1750 >> 2000) + Other benefits
Pay: AED1,750.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
