**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Relations**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure all guests receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise, train, and schedule front desk staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Manage room assignments, reservations, and billing processes.
- Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle special requests and VIP guest services.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and review daily reports, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
- Implement and enforce front office policies and procedures.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Resolve guest complaints and issues with a focus on achieving guest satisfaction.
- Handle emergencies and unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance front office operations.
- **Financial Management**:

- Monitor and manage front office expenses and budgets.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and charges.
- Conduct audits of cash and credit transactions.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
