- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Understand customer needs and objectives and identify opportunities for value-added services.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to drive customer success initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage and feedback to inform product and service improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
