**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage Material Submittals and Pre-Qualification Submittals in compliance with project requirements.
- Use Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to format, edit, and finalize documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and compile necessary documentation for submittals.
- Maintain accurate records, both digital and physical, ensuring timely submission of documents.
- Perform general administrative tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
- Support management with office duties and special projects as assigned.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Expertise in preparing Material Submittals and Pre-Qualification Submittals is essential.
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
