**I Train Gym**, a leading fitness center in Al Ain with two branches, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new members, and drive overall business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach new audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Manage and grow our social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Generate leads and convert them into paying members through effective sales techniques.
- Oversee membership sales goals and develop strategies to achieve or exceed them.
- Track and analyze marketing and sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on business development activities for senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- 4-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the fitness industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media marketing a plus.
- Fitness industry knowledge and passion for health and wellness are highly desirable.
