Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Formulate, develop and implement a long term business development strategy for the organization
- Generate new business leads from existing and new market segments and clients
- Manage relationships with existing and new clients
- Generate and manage existing and new client and industry database, including portal registrations
- Coordinate with estimation, bidding and service delivery teams to ensure on-time submission of optimized techno-commercial proposals
- Market research to identify opportunities and threats
- Develop and manage social media presence of the organization
- Develop and manage the organization’s outreach via relevant industry publications, trade shows, relevant network forum as well as data for public domain (technical catalogues, PQ, press release, etc.)
- Achieving KPIs in all the KRAs
- Management reporting
Qualification and background:
- Must have a minimum of 5-years’ UAE experience in technical sales and business development of facilities management and repair/refurbishment
- Degree or Diploma in Technical field. MBA will be an added advantage
- Proven track record of securing high profile, high value contracts
- Expected to have direct access to decision makers in various industry and client sectors
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Must have UAE driving license
- Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage
