**Role Purpose**:
The Business Development Manager (Abu Dhabi) at Exalto Emirates will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with key government and semi-government entities in the Abu Dhabi region, identifying and pursuing new project opportunities, and supporting our commercial initiatives to achieve the company’s expansion goals and enhance our market presence in Abu Dhabi.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with government and semi-government entities in Abu Dhabi.
- Support and advance the agenda of Exalto Emirates.
- Stay informed about new projects and opportunities for collaboration in Abu Dhabi.
- Oversee the registration and pre-qualification processes for Exalto Emirates and its brands.
- Actively promote and introduce Exalto Emirates products to various entities.
- Support the Exalto emirates commercial activities by identifying and bringing in new business opportunities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Marine, or a related field.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with government and semi-government entities.
- Deep understanding of the marine industry and knowledge of current trends and opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other business management tools.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.

**Required Experience**:

- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in business development, sales in the marine industry or a related field, with a focus on government and semi-government entities in Abu Dhabi.
- Experience with the Coast Guard, Navy, or other relevant government maritime agencies in the UAE is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships with key stakeholders and driving business growth.
- Proven track record in promoting products and services, and generating new business opportunities.
