**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Excellent in off-plan and secondary sales with UAE experience.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property values of projects in Dubai
- Demonstrated sales record.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals, and ensure all contracts and agreements are in compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the senior management, and provide recommendations for improvement and growth.
- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents to ensure they are achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Hire and train new property consultants and grow the secondary team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, think creatively and work independently

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of driving sales in a highly competitive market
- Strong communication skills (multi language speaker is an advantage)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Experience**:

- UAE: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- RERA Card (required)
