**REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER EXPERIENCE IS MUST**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, policies, and procedures to maximize sales productivity and efficiency.
- Provide sales training, coaching, and mentoring to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales team members and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, market conditions, and legal regulations pertaining to real estate sales.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Manage and allocate sales territories, set sales quotas, and monitor team performance against targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, industry trends, and legal regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and other key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Real estate license is required.
- Driving License and own car.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
