- **URGNTLY Hiring HR & Admin Officer**:
Big company in UAE is seeking for:
**Hr & Admin Assistant**:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department.
- Create and distribute staff appreciation letters.
- boarding process.
- Prepare new employees' files and process bank accounts for new hires.
- Arrange and submit documents for staff's renewals or cancellations.
- Update and maintain HR files and FACTS HR Software database.
- Report any delays in staff's documents renewal or cancellation.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers
- Handle admin tasks in relation to hiring like documentation and coordination with other departments

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience**:
**Human Resources: 2-3 years’ experience**

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
