We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic VIP Coordinator. This role is a fundamental position that offers high level of service to our clients and guests. The role requires a proactive and hard-working individual who is efficient in building and developing strong relationships with both local and international clients, including a VIP network.

You will be focusing on the guest experience from arrival, offering impeccable service in line with the organization principles, creating a positive impression, informing them of their wait time., using your charm to carry out a natural conversation with clients and guests, showcasing your effective communication and customer service skills, and your efficiency as a team player.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Act as ambassador and represent the brand during first client contact upon entry. Through storytelling and passion for the brand, inspire our clients in every interaction

2. Provide outstanding customer service and memorable client experiences. Prioritises client wellbeing and experience; handle client concerns that arise in an effective professional manner.

4. Ability to step up and into any role required.

5. Monitor and adjust task priorities to consider changing demand and client flow across the service.

6. Book clients in the clinic schedule.

7. Proactively manage tasks and ensuring smooth handovers, considering the peaks and toughs of activity.

8. Provide support, information, and guidance to the team to ensure they integrate and operate in accordance with operational procedures and expectations as quickly and seamlessly as possible

9. To support employees through conflict resolution, effective time management, workload prioritisation

10. Participates in departmental meetings and continually communicates a clear and consistent message regarding customer service goals to produce desired results.

11. Carry out any other duties as may be required by the line manager or Head of Department

**Role Requirements**:

- Previously worked in luxury environment - first class aviation, 5-star concierge or luxury wellness/clinic industry
- Knowledge of the perfect understanding of client satisfaction and luxury experience and strong sense for social etiquette and human behaviour is preferred.
- Has strong attention to detail
- Problem solving mindset, ability to prioritize and manage multiple work functions
- Elegant presentation - attire and hair/make-up
- Confident, with warm and calm personality
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
