**OVERALL PURPOSE**

The VIP CLIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR is a key asset of the UAE HIGH END department with the aim to elevate the experience of UAE’s top VVIP clients, surpass their expectations and support High-End Sales Ambassadors to strengthen their relationship with their top Clients.

The VIP CLIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR will coordinate the participation of selected VVIPs to Cartier’s High-End events (international and/or regional) and ensure a one-of-a-kind bespoke experience.

The VIP CLIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR will work very closely with the HE Business Developer and with the HE Client Treatment Project Manager to develop individual action plan (commercial and non-commercial) for each VVIP client and ensure its perfect execution and follow-up.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **PARTICIPATION TO HIGH-END EVENTS**
- Work closely with internal stakeholder to design and develop a bespoke plan for selected clients at key events
- Coordinate, with internal and external stakeholders, the treatment plan of selected clients at High-End events (such as: travel arrangements, accommodation, onsite treatments, personalized Cartier visits, bespoke gifts etc.)
- Ensure a smooth orchestration of the full client journey before/during and after the event
- Monitor budget allocated per client per event
- **INDIVIDUAL CLIENT’S ACTION PLAN**
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and HE Business Developer on individual client’s action plan.
- Ensure a smooth execution of the action plan as per the Maison’s highest standards
- Anticipate client’s needs, contact plan and key occasions
- Explore new ideas/experiences in-line with client’s key occasions and personal interest/taste with the aim to always exceed their expectations
- **GIFTING**
- Support the Client Treatment Project Manager to execute new gift ideas and develop bespoke items for selected VVIP clients only
- Identify new suppliers and maintain good relationships with them
- Follow the development process of the gift and ensure it respects the Maison’s guidelines

**GEOGRAPHY**
- UAE only

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a reputed Business school

**Required experience**
- Minimum 3-years of relevant experience ascoordinator/executive for VIPs/Celebrities/Press or other similar transversal roles
- Experience in the luxury industry, client service industry, guest management, concierge, PR agency, VIP relationship manager, DMCC etc.

**Technical skills / abilities**
- Fluent in English - Arabic and French is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
